Labor Law

  • Represent clients in Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), and National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) cases involving:
    • Illegal Dismissal
    • Salary differentials
    • Service incentive leaves,
    • Thirteenth month pay
    • Other similar disputes
  • Assist the employer in administrative investigations and observance of due process of erring employees prior to actual termination, including:
    • preparation of show cause memo and notice to of termination;
    • attending investigation proceedings with the employer and employee;
    • Give advice in other labor-related problems of the employer.

Corporate and Business Law

  • Assist clients in incorporating a new corporation¬† and in transacting with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
  • Help clients in amendment of its articles of incorporation such as:
    • Change of primary purpose of the corporation;
    • Increase of capital stock;
    • Increase of number of board of directors;
    • Change of principal office address
  • Act as Corporate Secretary and perform functions as such Secretary including compliance with SEC reportorial requirements
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with the requirements of Bureau of Internal Review (BIR) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
  • Assist clients with bookkeeping needs such as filing of BIR returns for VAT and Non-VAT registered persons and corporations
  • Address and give advice on Tax-related matters of clients
